A senior placement referral is a personal, trusted recommendation to a specific home or community, not a list of names from a search. We only refer families to state-licensed assisted living homes and communities in good standing that we know first-hand, so a referral from us carries real weight and saves you weeks of guesswork.

How is a referral different from searching online?

An online search gives you names and ads. A referral from us gives you a shortlist that has already been vetted against your loved one’s needs, budget, and the realities of each community: who runs it, how it feels, and whether it is in good standing. We have walked these halls and sat with these families, so you start from trust rather than from scratch.

What makes a home or community “vetted”?

We refer only to state-licensed homes and communities in good standing, and we keep current on which ones are delivering for families and which are not. If we would not place our own family there, we will not refer you there.

What does it cost?

Our referral service is at no cost to you. We are paid by the homes and communities we partner with, and that never changes who we recommend.
