A Senior Journey, Senior Living Placement Service

About us

A trusted local guide for your family

A Senior Journey is a free, local senior placement service for the Tucson area, run by two advocates who tour with you in person and stay alongside you until the right decision is made.

Finding the right care for an aging parent or spouse is one of the hardest, most overwhelming decisions a family ever faces, often made quickly, under stress, and without knowing where to start. A Senior Journey exists to make that moment less frightening.

Why we do this

Amanda founded A Senior Journey to give families a trusted local guide through that decision, the kind of help she wished families had when they were left to sort through options alone. Today she and Kristine personally walk families through assisted living homes and communities across the Tucson metro, so no one has to face it by themselves.

How we help

We listen first, then match you to state-licensed homes and communities that genuinely fit your loved one's needs and budget. We tour them with you in person, answer the questions you did not know to ask, and stay alongside you until you have made a confident choice.

What it costs you

Our service is at no cost to your family. We are paid by the homes and communities we partner with, and that never changes who we recommend or the homework we do on your behalf. We only ever recommend state-licensed homes and communities in good standing.
